MATTHEW MILLER, CFP®CLU®, CFBS

Matthew Miller is passionate about helping clients achieve the security of financial independence.  Matthew brings 15 years of planning experience to each client engagement and while no two situations are the same, Matthew relies on this background to help clients articulate their goals and design a plan to create action and trackable recommendations.  Matthew is committed to holding his clients accountable, over a long-term planning relationship, to the issues they say are most important.

Matthew Miller graduated from Furman University in 1999 with a B.A in political science and French.  After a year at L’Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris, France, Matthew returned to Greenville to start his business.  Matthew has the Series 6, 63, 66, 7 licenses as well as earning the Charter Life Underwriter and Certified Financial Planner designations. 

Matthew Miller and his wife Sandra have two children: son, Alben (10) and daughter, Shafer (8).  Matthew and Sandra are actively involved in the community and in particular: Grace Church Downtown, Furman University, Clement’s Kindness, Synnex Share the Magic, and F3 (Sanchez).

Matthew Crider has a unique passion for equipping others to become the best stewards over what they have, so they are enabled to lead the life they want to live. After spending the first decade of his career with a national brokerage firm, Matthew desired to apply his 11 years of planning experience toward developing genuine relationships and serving the local needs of the Greenville and Upstate community. Matthew is committed to helping clients realize their goals through a long-term planning relationship that is built on expertise, trust, and integrity.

Matthew Crider graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2008 with a B.A. in Marketing and Management. After moving to Greenville in September of 2013, he went on to earn his MBA from Clemson University in 2017. Matthew has the Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses and has completed all education, examination, and experience requirements toward becoming a candidate for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate designation.

Matthew Crider is married to his wife, Sara, who is a teacher with Greenville County schools. They live in the Taylors area and enjoy spending time traveling, hiking in the mountains, walking on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and discovering new restaurants & breweries. Matthew and Sara are actively involved in the community through serving with Grace Church Downtown, Furman University Wesley Fellowship, The United Way, Junior Achievement, and YMCA Youth in Government (YIG).


ERIC L. NASH, MBA

After a 23-year career with Greenville Health System, Eric joined Northbridge Wealth in 2018. For the last 17 years, Eric’s previous role involved working with physicians to understand and grow their practices, not only by volume, but by improvements in the referral processes, workflow, marketing, recruitment, relationships with colleagues, and integration with hospital services. A passion for building and growing meaningful long-term relationships and a strong interest in personal and business finance led him to a career at Northbridge Wealth, where he brings a unique understanding to employees of the medical profession.

Eric is an Upstate native and graduated from Winthrop University in 1996 (B.A. Psychology) and earned his MBA from Webster University in 2004. Eric also has the Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses.

Eric and his wife Heather have 3 children and live in the Simpsonville/Fountain Inn area. Eric enjoys coaching travel baseball, playing sports, gardening, hiking, fishing, and the outdoors. Eric’s family volunteers with multiple community organizations and are very involved with their church, Presbyterian Fellowship of Fountain Inn.



Bob Evans, CLU, ChFC, CFBS

Bob is a seasoned executive with C level experience in restructuring businesses, general operations management, and acquisitions and divestitures. As a fully credentialed life insurance actuary, Bob developed “financial engineering” skills in his early career – analyzing and designing long term financial and risk management structures. Beginning with undergraduate degrees in Math and Economics, he added a master’s designation from the University of Michigan through an Executive Development program focusing on corporate strategy. After extensive experience in product design, marketing and operations, Bob served as president of Travelers Life Insurance Company. He led a major, very successful restructuring of operations. He spent close to three years as Managing Director of Insurance for Fleet Financial Group in the mid 1990s. Bob, his wife Marie, and their four children moved to Greenville, SC in 1999 as he assumed the role of president and CEO of Liberty Life Insurance Company. He moved the Liberty executives and the company through a major restructuring – increasing the value of the company. Bob played a leadership role in developing a corporate restructuring strategy and in negotiating the divestiture of major businesses. Bob brings skills in business and financial analysis to help determine and fine tune strategy and performance. He has proven communication skills – moving a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and negotiating with counterparties.




LIANNA KNAPP

Lianna Knapp is an alumna of Converse College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Though she was born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina, she fell in love with the Greenville/Spartanburg area while attending Converse. She and her husband live in Greer, where they enjoy spending time with family, watching sports, and playing with their two dogs. As Office Manager, Lianna ensures that daily operations run smoothly.

Additionally, she assists the team in scheduling meetings, maintaining relationships with clients, and streamlining paperwork and application processes. When new agents join the firm, she helps to train them in how to use industry-specific software programs. She has a growing passion for helping to ensure families and small businesses of their financial security, and she looks forward to gaining more knowledge about the insurance and financial industries.
